i have a particpant that has a bump on her nipple that is almost like a
pimple...she has tried to squeeze it to see if it is a plugged duct but it
makes it hurt even worse....she has tried cold and hot pack, soking it in hot
water, hot shower, pumping, messaging, even pain relief medicen and nothing
will help....any suggestions?
