Dear Dr. Hale,

I get what you're saying about the extravascular distribution of
paroxetine.  If I understood this correctly, though, this would make it
a big problem if we are treating a woman who is pregnant with this drug,
but if she started only once the baby was born, does this fact not make
it likely that this drug is that much safer?
