I'm an n of only one, but my baby is much less likely to react now that 
I am drinking kefir-fermented juice 2-3x daily.  It's homemade and 
cheap, and unlike the probiotic capsules at the hfs, I don't have to 
wonder if it is alive :)

I really and truly do not have allergies myself, but I'm sure I do have 
a very permeable gut, as I was not breastfed.
