Since silicone seems to be a big topic right now, thought I'd throw out a
scenario which I was involved with recently.

I had a mom who had silicone implants prior to pregnancy, which ruptured.
 She had them replaced (!!) and then during pregnancy they ruptured again
(double !!).  She  decided to go ahead and breastfeed anyway.  Was this
dangerous?  Any opinions?
