Vitamin K is an integral part of building and maintaining bone mass.  If
anyone wants more info on this, please email me on or off list.  Can't
type anymore.  Exhausted from providing labor support at a *fantastic*
birth last night - which was followed by the fastest, easiest
breastfeeding experience....and a baby who was actually smiling at her
mom.

the whole thing was magical and very healing for this mom.

Anyway, vit k.  1-5 mgs per day.  There's lit out there that shows it's
slightly more effective than fosamax, iirc.
