Dear Linda,
There is a great film on cup feeding from the ILCA conference a couple years
ago.  Sandra Lang is the speaker and you can order this through the ' Journal
of Human Lactation' .
Also if you were to call Dr. Ruth Lawrence's office ( the number is in the
back of her book) I'm sure you could recieve some info on using skimed hind
milk verses formula fortifier.
