I like your suggestions for the interview alot. On the same line, one could
ask about professional journals she subscribes to or reads or online
journals or journal scans. I have found a big problem is that nurses do not
keep up to date, and on their down time on the unit, if any, they read
catalogs or 'women's magazines.' I am notorious for leaving journals and
articles posted frequently - things to do with women's health, infants,
children, or family.  For example, many don't know about kangaroo care,
perineal massage, doulas, etc.
