 blessed thistle and milk thistle are "cousins"... cnicus benedictue ( blessed
thistle) and cardus marianus ( milk thistle)

  both are considered liver tonics and builders. blessed thisle is believed to
stimulate blook flow to the mammary gland/increase and enrich the flow of
mothers milk.
