A friend of mine who is a PNP, tried probiotics for her colicky infant, after I shared this article with her a few months ago and saw an significant improvement in less than a week of starting. In fact, she took a trip for a week and forgot to bring the probiotics and the colic symptoms came back in her 3 month old. Once, she restarted her on probiotics, the symptoms improved within a week again.
