I don't know, but I hope she will.  It really burns me that doctors
can so offhandedly say "we don't know if it's 100% safe, so better
not breastfeed."  I wonder how many babies have been inadvertantly
weaned this way (and how much emotional havoc has been wreaked).

I don't know, other than I believe it's left over from an infection
that happened when she had her c/s.  She's pretty sure she was given
metronidazole back then, and wondered why it would be OK when nursing
a newborn, but not when nursing a toddler.
