Esther's experience with her staff ed was priceless!  It might be hard
to make the point this way with short inservices, but great for longer
ones.
On second thought-for shorter sessions, how about a sign on the
coffeepot, pitchers of water, drinking fountain, plate of cookies or
whatever is available stating that they are only allowed to get a drink
(or take a snack) at a specific time and they only have a specified
number of minutes to consume it.  Then explain the sign when talking
about baby's feeding "schedules".
We can talk about it 'till we're blue in the face, giving all kinds of
scientific, evidence-based rationale, but until we "hit em where it
hurts", it doesn't sink in!
