Medications and Mothers Milk says amphoteric in is unlikely to be absorbed orally, but has it at an L3. Not rated by the AAP. He states "it is unlikely the amount in milk would be clinically relevant to a Breastfeeding infant."

Not a medical opinion, but aspergillosis can be very dangerous.
