Anna, I do not think that supporting her optimism is unrealistic depending on
the goals she has. A few ounces a day is better than no breastmilk and any
amount of time spent at the breast is nurturing for both mom and baby, so as
long as the expectations are kept realistic they can both benefit. Just my
