In my first job as LC I was criticized in a review for being "hands off." 
In other words, I refrained from screwing baby onto breast :-)  I used to 
remember shoving my hands into my lab coat pockets just to keep from 
"helping."  I always felt that I wasn't going to go home with them and they 
had to figure it out for themselves :-)  Pat in SNJ
