Dear Lactnetters,

Thank you to all of you who responded to my question about yeast and
pregnancy!!

Another question.  Have any of you noticed that women with very large breasts
have more difficulty pumping with regular size flanges?  I have one client who
feels the breast kind of falls out of the flange and it just doesn't reach the
sinuses.  She says she knows others for whom this is a problem.  She is hoping
she won't have to purchase two expensive glass flanges....

Any ideas or suggestions?
