Wait - pumping to relieve engorgement in non-bfing moms - I would go for
this! Expressing some milk to relieve engorgement and also cold, etc.
Give the milk to the babies anyway. Hey, maybe the mom who sees the milk
will decide to bf. This gentle "weaning" should help preserve future
lactation potential better than binding - a practice still seen.
