Simple and sweet, that's my motto. I like to "plan" topics with an easy
one-page handout in case no one has an issue to discuss. But when we
begin the meeting, I ask them to introduce themselves and their baby and
share "a question that they hoped to get the answer to" from today's
meeting. Often the discussion starts on it's own! If it needs help, the
Leader can say, "well, today 3 people need to know about...and let's
start with that."
