As for running a lipid on breastmilk......at our community hospital, it can't
be done.
A specimen with lipemia (gross lipids, serum looks like MILK) cannot be
analysed because the density of the specimen will not let light pass through
and that's how the amount of lipid in a specimen is read.
     What is the point in a crematocrit anyhow?
