No such thing in Canada, so I don't know what it is.  However, there are
lots of antiinflammatory medications which are fine with breastfeeding.
Probably one of the best is ibuprofen, which, does not even require a
prescription.

When in doubt change the medication not the baby's feeding!  It is rare
that a drug cannot be replaced.  If the mother had a side effect to
morniflumate, the doctor would change the prescription, wouldn't s/he?
