Yes it does contain alcohol.  However if mom mixes the next dose
after each one she takes, the alcohol should dissipate in the
meantime (Thanks to Pat Gima for this suggestion).  It's not like
taking an alcoholic beverage, it's the medium that "holds the active
ingredients" in a stable condition.
