Question of identification etiquette:  When one uses one's degrees and professional letters after one's name, don't some of them cancel out use of others?  For instance, when you put PhD, don't you drop the heretofore earned BA/BS and MA/MS?   

Doesn't IBCLC carry CLC implicitly within it?  Once you are Board Certified, does it matter if you were first certified by coursework or not?
