Esti,

I know chicken soup is known to be the Jewish penicillin, but I didn't
know about this use. What would typically be in chicken soup in Israel?
We often put noodles. Then I would worry about wheat allergies or
something.  I know he meant the broth, so perhaps just chicken?  Also,
we don't usually have access to fresh chicken, unless it is someone who
lives on a farm.
