There is a inpatient who needs IV treatment for a positive blood culture for yeast.
For some reason I cannot access Medications and Mothers Milk online, and I can't seem to find any definitive information anywhere else.
Can anyone help? What is the lactation rating for this drug?
Are there alternatives if it is not safe?
