Marie,
How about finger-feeding with a peridontal syringe or Hazelbaker feeder?  This
might help pattern the baby and get him/her accustomed to how far back he/she
needs to bring mom's nipple.  That's been the most effective method I've used
in dealing with bubble palates.  Good luck!
