Jane,
You never know, the mom might go home and breastfeed some more. And if
she has another baby, and maybe learns more about bf in between births,
she may bf the next one.  You can keep on affecting her by getting the
word out on bf, via educating coworkers and more moms, and by helping
the media portray bf more and more and favorably. You may not even know
that you are helping with a friend of hers, who may convince her to bf
the next one!  Keep the faith!
