From Page one of the April 14 Wall Street Journal:

A new Minnesota law requires employers to set aside a private spot, "Other than a toilet stall," for nursing mothers who want to pump milk during unpaid breaks.  Signed last week, the measure is the first such state requirement.  Florida and Texas have had trial runs in a few state offices.  A measure now before Congress calls for tax credits for nursing rooms.  Sixteen states, including Minnesota have laws exempting public breastfeeding form indecency measures.
