At Jeannette's hospital in P.R. there policy is to"Educate Everywone About Breastfeeding and get them to sign the form which is your proof you have done so..."

I love this.  And maybe it is an idea whose time has come.     Moms sign a dozen papers as they walk in the door and throughout their stay in LDRP, some of them advising them of their rights, some of their responsibilities, some general permits for care.  They have to sign a permit to have their infants circ'd, after having listened to the doctor delineate the potential hazards.  Why not make them sign a paper that says they under-stand the potential risks of bottle feeding, and will take responsibility for those risks?   Put in those terms it may make many moms think twice
or more.
