Hello all,
Does anyone here have knowledge of or experience with the use of 'Statin'
for treatment of systemic yeast in the mother and/or thrush in the baby?
The statin capsules contain:
caprylic acid 300 mg
sorbic acid (potassium sorbate) 100 mg
propionic acid (calcium propionate) 100 mg
vitamin e (d-Alpha Tocopheryl) 5 IU
biotin 300 mcg
The recommended dose is 3 capsules daily.
Does anyone have information on the efficacy and safety of this product for
a breastfeeding mother and baby?
TIA
Joan
