A client who had an incision and drainage of an abcess has a 2cm ovoid
pool of milk under the incision, which is still leaking slightly.  She
is still breastfeeding, but wonders how long this soft lump of milk
might persist.  Her surgeon has no idea, as he has not operated on many
lactating breasts.
