Anne:  I bet you didn't know that there is a fourth frenulum!  My husband
and I were browsing through some shallow women's magazine articles on what
men do to improve their sex lives (don't ask) and discovered that the area
that connects the penis and scrotum is also called a frenulum.  'Brings a
whole new meaning to the idea of a frenulotomy. : )
