How many wet and dirty nappies is this baby having? Weight gain doesn't
indicate low supply to me. Could it be oversupply? When baby wakes after
one hour, could it be from pain, rather than hunger - colic or reflux?? I
believe smokers are more likely to have colicky babies. Another thing to
check is the likelihood of intolerances resulting in irritable baby.
Why was she given the mexican hat nipple shield?
Just a few initial thoughts.
