I am interested in the idea of liability when a hospital staff/employee
gives ABM to a baby without parental consent - I'd like to see this pursued
as a battery tort or a malpractice action.  I'd be willing to serve as an
expert witness.

also - I need a reference for breastfeeding initiation rates - I heard a
figure of 75% of college degreed women breastfeeding in the hospital - is
that true?
what are the current US rates?
