How about the LLL call I get from a mom who is using one of the small
electric pumps and now wants to return it (obviously not to me, but to
whereever she bought it) bec. they said it has a money back guarantee and now
she wants to try another company's pump???
Isn't that overstepping the bounds of propriety a little?
I was flabbergasted-she had been pretty happy with the pump but wanted to try
something different! How does she suppose the company can stay in business if
everyone returned their merchanise???
Maybe we ought to promote hand expression, nothing to buy, nothing to return?
Seems like this aspect of "breastfeeding" is getting too commercialized.
