My solution to the problem is one that may not be popular with all, but.....
 I encourage moms to try the pump in my office before deciding on a purchase.
I tell them that I offer pump trials because I want them to be happy and
because I cannot take the pump back once opened after purchase.  If a mom
wanted to return a pump that otherwise worked well, I would probably
encourage her to try and resell it herself.
