I would be very hesitant to recommend any product with camphor or phenol in
an infant.  Camphor when given in excess causes severe almost untreatable
convulsive seizures as well as significant GI irritation.  Campho-Phenique
has 10.8% camphor, that is  10.8 gm / 100 cc.   Toxic doses generally start
at about 25-50 mg/kg.  Just a few mL over a short period of time could prove
very fatal.  Camphor has no place in nursery.

Phenol,  likewise,  is very damaging to mucous membranes when repeatedly
used.  It is simply to dangerous to use in infants.
