   with mother #1... is baby also being treated for thrush? treatment should
be after ach \feeding.....look at diet/other items that can re-expose: paci,
nipples, clothing...husband?

   mother #2....sounds like thrush.....can you try hospital grade pump? how
old is baby?

   is there possibly and envirmental or yeast speciallist in the area?
