I leaked terribly with my first two children. Uncovered, I would spray
from the opposite breast during MER, and so I frequently held a cloth
diaper over the breast to absorb this spray. At night, I sometimes wore a
"night bra" (made all out of stretch lace) and used cut-up kotex leftover
from the hospital. Those hold a lot! If I didn't feel like wearing that,
then I simply took a bath towel, folded it in half and slept on it.
During nursings, I'd let the towel get soaked and change it in the
morning. Day times were fun because I could literally bubble right
through your average cloth nursing pad. I kept that cloth diaper handy
and used to just stick it inside my bra (never mind the nursing pads---
they were just for walking around!) when I sat down to nurse. Not pretty,
but it did the job!
