 HI Laura,
Trulacta is buying the milk from milk banks according to their FAQ, but those banks they are buying milk from are not members of HMBANA as the milk banks they get the milk from pay their donors.  
If I were a mom donating milk to help sick infants, I would be super pissed off if I found out that it was being sold to make some stupid supplements for adults.
