New Study Reveals Breastfeeding Exposes Babies to Toxic Chemicals

I wonder if these toxic chemicals are also in emergency baby milk.  I also wonder if this is true outside the U.S. in countries where these chemicals are not allowed, if there are any.  And what were the health effects to the children?
