Jean,

Thank you for sharing the links regarding your beautiful great grandson's
condition and especially the facebook link.  Your granddaughter seems like
an amazing, strong, loving woman.  Prayers for Jr's continued well being and
strength through his upcoming surgeries.  

Regarding the flange size: she may need to go down a size instead of up.  As
the breasts get softer through the course of lactation, it could be that the
pump is pulling more of the breast into the flange and blocking the release
of milk.
