Judy, I  also got that email from that company in Brooklyn. I took a look 
at their  website, and then wrote to tell them I am not interested in dealing 
with  companies that are not WHO Code compliant. Apart from the kickback 
scheme  (!!!) they are also not marketing feeding devices in accordance with 
the  Code.

Yes I was hoping for a group response just like this. I plan to answer them 
 similarly. I hoped LN was a way to alert more IBCLCs that this is going  
on.
Thanks also to Liz for clarifying that I was not being picky ( one  
questions one's knowledge daily, needing frequent reality checks in this work in  
this area....)
