Yes, Heather -- "psycho-emotional" just begins to scratch the surface of the
VERY complex issue:  socially, biologically, culturally, legally,
feministically (is that a word?), medically, public-healthically (ditto?) of
the sharing of human breastmilk.  Those who are inclined might enjoy reading
"Giving Breastmilk:  Body Ethics and Contemporary Breastfeeding Practice"
(Demester Press 2010) edited by Rhonda Shaw and Alison Bartlett.  Several
Lactnetters are chapter authors!
