Dear Jeannette
I agree whole heartedly! We all need to work together and talk to each  
other. In Indiana and Illinois, WIC is now funding in services presented in  
hospitals on basic breastfeeding and how WIC and the hospital can work  
together!
We need more of this cooperation rather than each side pointing  fingers
