"Yields 1 oz total with Lactina every 3 hours. Baby takes ~ 1oz directly
from breast, according to scale. Serum prolactin level was 108 on day 9
(normal level)."
The baby is not feeding often enough. Feed the baby 10 - 15 times in 24
hours and you'll see an increase in intake.  (Express only if the baby isn't
interested in feeding.)  I would also suggest breast compressions and
switching sides as soon as the baby's sucking pattern slows to more than one
suck per swallow.
