Would 2% lido interfere with the baby's swallowing reflexes? I don't
remember the oral absorption info on lidocaine but it seems to me It
can be a choking hazard. What is the percentage of lidocaine in the
gel they use for endotracheal tubes? Or is that what the midwife is
using?
