There's definitely a POTENTIAL for engorgement. If mom is vigilant about 
breastfeeding frequently (biologically speaking, not culturally) then 
engorgement is much less of an issue, and it is possible to maintain 
good milk production indefinitely. Moms with implants do need to be more 
careful about missing feedings and tight bras. I've assisted many women 
with implants who were able to breastfeed exclusively, even while 
returning to employment.
