As much as ABM companies are complaining about restricting choice, the same 
companies solicit to attempt to become the sole company in hospitals, 
effectively decreasing choice of which ABM product that mothers can use in 
the hospital, or go home with in the ad bag. That seems to be the idea behind 
the WIC contract, too. Mothers will only use the brand used at WIC. 
Restricting choice is not the issue. Judy
