good in theory, not in the reality in which i live.  when i worked
mostly with the homebirth moms, it more often then not did work out
that way.

now that my population is more mainstream, the reality is that they
won't be breastfeeding if they have to do it frequently around the
clock.  if i'm going to help them breastfeed, most of the time it's
going to be making breastfeeding fit into something that's done 8-12
times per day and less at night.  if it doesn't work that way, with
few exceptions, they won't be doing it.
