Good point, Nikki.  The  problem is, that seeing this article, mothers 
started throwing out any milk they  had stored longer than 48 hours and began giving 
-- guess what -- FORMULA  because they thought it was better than 
breastmilk....
 
We KNOW that milk directly from  mom's breast to baby's mouth/tummy is best.  
What is next best is mom's own  milk given as closely to the time it is 
pumped as possible.  What is third  best is mom's own milk given regardless of when 
it was pumped.  What is  fourth best is donor milk.  What is fifth best 
is......Synthetic Infant  Nutrition with its pathetic store of antioxidants and 
zero store of antibodies  and DHA made from pond scum.....
