Actually there is quite a bit of history to the issue
of selling mother's milk.  Much food for thought is
there for the pondering in writings about the history
of wet nursing.

As for comparisons between the donation/selling of
sperm (eggs, blood, etc) vs milk, we might keep in
mind the myriad differences in the acquisition and
delivery of these exquisite gifts, and in the
complicating social factors surrounding production.

Milk "happens" differently than all other gifts
discussed.

Sometimes I wonder that sperm became a commodity to be
sold.  Perhaps this practice should be changed, rather
than emulated.
